Budget Fave: BYS Liquid Eyeliner

I'm a bargain hunter, always have been. Good quality, cheap make up can be hard to find, but when you find those products, it's awesome!

This is one of those products.

BYS Smudgeproof, Waterproof liquid eyeliner. Eyeliner is a staple for me, and as it warms up I find myself reaching for liquids over gels and pencils.

It has a long, tapered lid so you can hold and control the brush better. The 'brush' is the only thing about this I'm not a huge fan of. It's made out of very flexible, softish plastic. No bristles. It's a little bit sharp too, so you need a little patience. But as you can see above, it's pigmented, opaque and even with the brush, you can create some VERY thin lines easily. It dries quickly, and does wear well. I wouldn't call it Waterproof though, it does wash off with water and a little effort.

BYS have really upped their quality as of late, and I'm looking forward to seeing what else they can come out with!
