Polish 2 from the Colour by T.B.N neon collection; Rain on My Parade.
Again, a pretty colour, nice wide brush and applys lovely. It also has a
nice formula, not too thick or thin. And just like Maz-Arati, its a
little sheer, not as sheer though. This is two coats but its still a bit
streaky…
