Wet n Wild Sparked

Now today's post, if you know me, is very uncharacteristic... A PINK! I am not a fan of pink, at all... But I oddly like this polish... Another one from my lovely Secret Valentine, Wet n Wild's Sparked. We don't get WnW in Oz, so I was excited to try new brands!

Sparked is pale pink and silver glitter in a clear base. Very girly... It's a pretty dense glitter, I've only used 2 coats in these pics, there are still bald spots, but I wasn't bothered. It dried quickly, but kind of gritty, so I used a top coat to smooth it out. And my word, is it sparkly! They really named this one right! I could not stop staring!

Clean up was not a problem either, the brush was really easy to use and it applied nicely. I like WnW's brush, it's firm but manageable. And removal was not too hard either, it came off quite easily.

But seriously, I fell in love with this polish. And I'm tempted to go out and buy more pink glitters! Any suggestions?

Quick NOTD!

This is the result of a gorgeous polish that is too sheer. The base coat, Wet n Wilds Fast Dry 'Everybody Loves Redmond'. I LOVE the colour, it's an orangey red, but its a very sheer jelly. I'm wearing 4 coats and theres still visible nail line, so I decided to spruce it up a bit, first by leopard printing one nail, then adding french style tips to the hand. I like it, its funky!

Valentines Nail Mail!

I LOVE getting nail mail! It's really the only mail I get, and I've been getting it a lot lately...

I'm in a polish group on facebook, PolishAholics Anonymous (PaA) and we recently did a Secret Valentine swap, similar to secret santa, but with polish! And I recieved my package yesterday! I'm not sure who it was from though, she really kept it 'Secret!'

She REALLY spoilt me! I got Milani Red Sparkle, Milani Hi-tech (OMFG!!!!!), Scherer Zodiac, WnW Everybody loves Redmond, scherer golden green and WnW Sparked, and lots of candy (which the bf ate most of)
